If a customer enrolls in a batch or service by mistake, they may request to switch to another batch of equal value within 10 days of the original purchase. This policy ensures flexibility while maintaining fairness in our services.

3. Replacement for Damaged or Lost Products

In cases where physical products, such as notes or books, are damaged during delivery or lost by the courier, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Please report such issues within 7 days of receiving the product for a swift resolution.

4. No Refund for Customer Errors

If an incorrect address is provided or the delivery is refused by the customer, we cannot process a refund or a replacement. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping details at the time of purchase.
